I am trying to get my family to eat more home cooked meals and less processed foods. One thing I am going to start is Freezer Cooking. I am going to set a cooking day and cook bulk meals and freeze them for the upcoming weeks. I have been researching this for a while. Some people even cook meals once a month. I will probably start off with 2 weeks worth of meals.
I plan on looking through the grocery stores sales papers and seeing what I can get and I will also make a trip to Sam's Club or Costco. I also plan on setting a $50/week budget for groceries.
